I did NOT want to wake up at 6 this morning. I am sore, my kidneys hurt, I woke up with a headache, and tbh I just didn’t want to. But I put my feet on the floor at 6:03 AM anyway. 3 sets in my circuit training and my brain was screaming “You’ve gotten in 3 sets, if you quit now you can catch some more sleep before you have to wake up the kids.”
